We're grateful you've chosen to shop with KidzSensoryToys. Our goal is to ensure that you're absolutely delighted with your purchase. If there’s anything less than perfect, we're available to assist you.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your item to submit a return request. Should the 14-day timeframe have lapsed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

For a successful return, the product must be in unused, original condition, accompanied by the initial packaging. Please return the product to the provided address and avoid sending it to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellation

From the moment of purchase, you are granted a 1-hour window for cancellation or modifications — this excludes sale items, which cannot be canceled. After 1 hour has passed, orders are processed and set for shipment; therefore, alterations or cancellations are not feasible.

Damaged or Missing Items

Should your order arrive damaged or with items missing, don't worry—we've got you covered with a prompt replacement. Initiate a Damaged/Missing Item Claim with our support team by sending an email with the relevant subject line for an expedited response.

Addressing Delivery Issues

  • Item Marked 'Delivered' But Not Received: If our confirmation with the postal service affirms that the item has been delivered specifying the date, time, and place, we unfortunately can't take responsibility for the missing items.
  • Undeliverable Items: If delivery confirmation cannot be attained, report the issue to us immediately for a swift resend or refund.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is sent to an address you provided which turns out to be incorrect, our liability for the error ends there. We do strive to look after our customers, so if this error occurs, we will aim to ensure you receive your item at a reduced price, subject to our customer support's approval. Always double-check your shipping information at checkout and contact us without delay should an error arise.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item as specified above, we will issue your refund immediately and send you a notification. Refunds are initiated to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Generally, refunds appear on your payment account within 5-10 days, subject to your bank’s policies.

Shipping

The cost of return shipping is yours to bear, as shipping fees are non-refundable. If we process a refund, the price of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. This also applies to items purchased under a free shipping promotion.

Sale Items
